If you're handy with tools, yes. Every kit comes with step-by-step install guides and all the fixings you need. You're not on your own either: our team offers install support over the phone, or by video call from your site so we can see exactly what you're looking at.

For stair kits, plan to have a helper on the day, as the steel parts are heavy.

That's what our measurement check is for. After you order, our team calls to confirm your measurements, then sends you AutoCAD drawings to approve before we start building.

Everything is made to order. As a guide:

Stair kits: about 10 business days etch-primed, or 12 business days painted (matt black or satin white), from when you approve your drawings.
Wire balustrade and handrails: around 7 business days.

Yes. Our stairs are designed and built to the NCC and Australian Standards. Your stair needs to be installed as per our guide, and your builder or certifier may need to check it as part of your build.

Treads come in American oak or Merbau as standard. Want a different timber? Give us a call and we'll talk you through the other options.

The steel frame comes etch-primed, or painted in matt black or satin white. You can also choose bolt-down or weld-on fixing at the top and bottom.

Yes, we deliver across WA. Delivery is calculated at checkout. You can also pick up from our workshop at 23 Carole Road, Maddington.
